About Our Services
Porta Studios is an AI-assisted content production studio specializing in short-form video, commercial content, and creative media. Our work utilizes artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to generative video, image, and audio platforms, in combination with human creative direction and oversight.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Porta Studios produces content using AI generation tools as a core part of our production process. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept that deliverables may be fully or partially AI-generated. Porta Studios makes no claim that delivered content is produced exclusively by human labor. Clients are responsible for disclosing the AI-assisted nature of content to their own audiences where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive commercial license to use the delivered final content for the purposes outlined in the agreed project scope. Porta Studios retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project start.
Porta Studios retains ownership of all source files, project files, raw AI outputs, templates, workflows, and production methodologies used to create deliverables. Clients receive final rendered outputs only, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
Due to the current state of US copyright law regarding AI-generated works, Porta Studios cannot guarantee full copyright assignment of AI-generated elements. Clients accept this limitation by engaging our services.
Payment Terms
Project pricing is agreed upon in writing before work begins. Porta Studios requires a 50% deposit before production starts on any project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. Work will not be released until payment is received in full.
Porta Studios reserves the right to retain the deposit if a client cancels after production has begun.
Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the project agreement. Requests beyond that scope will be quoted and billed separately. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After that window, the project is considered complete and accepted.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs, brand assets, and any required approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect delivery timelines. Clients warrant that any materials they provide, including logos, footage, copy, or brand assets, do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Turnaround & Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Porta Studios will communicate proactively if a timeline cannot be met. Delivery is made digitally via shared link or file transfer.
Limitation of Liability
Porta Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.
No Guarantee of Results
Porta Studios produces creative content but makes no guarantees regarding the performance, engagement, reach, or commercial outcomes of any delivered content.
Confidentiality
Porta Studios treats all client briefs, brand information, and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
Changes to These Terms
Porta Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
